VENTR Studio is a brand of VBM Interactive LLC (“VENTR,” “we,” “us”), a Florida limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect when you visit ventr.studio or work with us, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Form submissions: Name, email, company, business type, project description, budget range, and timeline when you fill out our /start form or contact us directly.
- Communication records: Emails, call notes, and messages exchanged while we work together or evaluate fit.
- Basic analytics: Anonymous page views, referrers, device type, and approximate location. We do not sell this data and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your inquiry and decide if we’re a fit.
- To deliver work you’ve hired us to do.
- To improve the site and understand what content resonates with visitors.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with vendors we use to run the business, such as our email host, scheduling tool, and analytics provider, and only the minimum needed for them to do their job. We also share it when required by law.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and project records as long as we have an active or potential relationship with you, then archive or delete them. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing connect@ventr.studio.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we have on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email connect@ventr.studioand we’ll respond within 30 days.
SMS and calls
SMS text messaging is optional. On our /start form, providing your phone number is required so we can reach you for project updates, but receiving SMS specifically is opt-in via a checkbox immediately beneath the phone field. Checking the box gives us your consent to send SMS text messages about your project, including discovery-call confirmations, one-time verification codes, project status updates, deliverable-ready alerts, and replies to inbound questions you send us. Leaving the box unchecked means we will not send you SMS — we will use email and voice only.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not share or sell your phone number, and we do not use it for marketing or promotional messages to third parties. Your mobile information, including opt-in and consent, is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies for the site to function and to measure traffic. We do not use advertising cookies. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies if you prefer.
Changes to this policy
When we update this policy, we change the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged in plain language.
